Math Einstein 32 bit is version 3. There are no upgrades planned for the 32 bit version of Math Einstein.

Math Einstein 64 bit is version 4. While there are no current upgrades for version 4, any additional work on Math Einstein will be on the 64 bit version. Check back with us.
