About WorldPT
My name is Eric Lewis and I am the person who designs the software here at WorldPT. Schedule XP has been a project of mine for almost 10 years. I have been fortunate to work with some of the best private practice PT clinics in southern California while creating Schedule XP. The input of therapists, clinic managers, and front office staff has influence this project.
Background
I graduated from Loma Linda University as a PT back in 98. I ran a website called ResourcePT back in college which helped consolodate Physical Therapy related information. As a hobby, I created an outcome database to track patients and treatments in 1999. I enjoyed database programming and took on the challenge of creating the perfect scheduling sytem for Physical Therapy. Schedule XP has been my pet project since 2000.WorldPT is Different
1. If you have a question or a problem you can speak to the software designer rather than a support tech. One user sent me a text message with an photo of the issue they were having. I dropped them an email that night and verified the issue and implemented a change in the next version to be released a week later.
2. If you have a question about the software or download a demo version you will not be harrassed by marketing calls or emails.
3. I love getting feedback from users. Some of the best features have started out as suggestions.
4. Most software solutions are designed around the principal that each user is a liability to the system. Features are created to limit you access to your data. New processes are forced on you changing the way you run your operation. Schedule XP is designed to help you run your clinic not change it. I believe that you should have complete access to your data.
